How's the after-sales services?
1.Supplier will plan and design according to the buyer's request, the design scheme should be cross signed after negotiation.
2.Pesonnel Training. Supplier shall send engineers to train buyer's person in maintenance, repairing and operation.The training shall be an on-site training, providing relative training materials and shall last throughout the installation and debugging. After the equipment start running, supplier shall give the operator a training for correctly & safely operating method and self-protection knowleddge. Supplier,s training for operating, maintenance personnel shall be more than 3 working days. All workers for each post shall be qualified with necessary theory and practical operation skills after training.
3.During the equipment's production, buyer can send representative to supplier's factory to supervise the production and quality,Before delivery, supplier should inform the buyer 1 week ahead to come for pre-acceptance iob.Buyer should check & confirm: the quality of the metal structure, welding parts; control system; hydraulic system, water system, furnace coil, power cabinet specification, quality report and list.
4.Supplier is an IF induction furnace and heating equipment supplier.Supplier guarantee to use good material and technique in manufacturing, brand new equipment in sound design, never used, completely in conformance to quality request and sipulation in technical agreement.
5.After the warranty period, supplier will do maintenance for free each year(within 2 years, materials not included).Precaution maintenance including:once a year, 2 days each time for routine check, and on site training.The maintenance timing and contents will be decided by both party
