New Generation IGBT Intermediate Frequency Power Supply
By embracing advanced digital control technology, the control accuracy achieves precision down to every kilowatt. The stable rectifier and inverter group ensures a consistent full-power output, while also excelling in safety and energy conservation.
1. High Power
Compared to traditional IGBT power supplies, we utilize a modular and integrated design to eliminate the issues of low power and poor stability seen in industry-standard IGBT power supplies. Our single IGBT power supply ranges from 50 to 12000 kW.
2. Full Protection
Featuring a door lock linkage system, capacitive pressure switch, IGBT bridge short circuit switch, and more. A fuse positioned in front of the frequency conversion group ensures easy isolation of faulty frequency conversion groups.
3. Easy Maintenance
Each pipe fitting employs PISCO connectors for straightforward maintenance and inspection. Each water circuit includes water temperature protection, integrated with the control system via an inspection instrument.
4. Energy Efficiency
With fast switching frequency, low commutation loss, and stable frequency. Multi-pulse rectification eliminates the need for harmonic filters and DIDT. Consistent full-power output, short melting times, and a high power factor contribute to overall energy efficiency.

A robust combination of injection-type leakage protection, differential leakage protection, secondary electrode leakage protection, optical-fiber detection, and cooling system linkage protection.
2. Patented Coil Technology
Tailored to the customer's operational needs, the optimal number of turns, turn spacing, coil height, and other parameters are precisely calculated using computer simulation software to maximize electromagnetic conversion efficiency.
3. Fully Enclosed Furnace Design
Prevents arc striking between loops due to dust pollution, offers secondary shielding to the coil's magnetic field, and keeps magnetic radiation at 10% of competing products, significantly below national standards.
