1.This equipment is a robotic arm-based CNC grinding workstation with multiple degrees of freedom, featuring flexibility and high efficiency.
2.The worktable adopts an indexable rotary design with quick-change fixtures for easy replacement. While workpieces are being processed, loading/unloading can be performed simultaneously at the clamping station. One operator can manage multiple machines, ensuring higher safety, reliability, and significantly improved production efficiency.
3.The grinding system is equipped with a large diamond wheel spindle and a small grinding spindle, which can be automatically switched according to processing requirements. The large diamond wheel spindle is suitable for high-speed grinding of large-profile surfaces, while the small grinding spindle is ideal for grinding small inner holes and inner arc corners, meeting diverse workpiece grinding needs.
4.Control System: Independently developed professional grinding software based on the Huazhong CNC platform. The handheld teach pendant enables simple teaching and operation, and the manual pulse generator allows precise fine-tuning. It offers stable performance and user-friendly operation.
5.The machine base, column, and robotic arm feature high structural rigidity, ensuring excellent machine stability.
6.Fully enclosed protective design with an external dust collection pipe interface, reducing dust and noise hazards to operators. Safety light curtains are installed at the clamping stations for enhanced operational safety and reliability.

Operating Procedure

Manually place the workpiece on the clamping station of the rotary indexing table, then press the start button. The U-axis will automatically rotate 180 degrees to the robot loading/unloading station. The robot picks up the workpiece, grasps it to the grinding wheel to complete grinding at all positions according to the pre-set program. After grinding, the robot places the workpiece back on the robot clamping station of the rotary table. The rotary table then rotates another 180 degrees, allowing the operator to remove the finished ground workpiece and load a new blank. This cycle repeats continuously.
