Coil Process
Rongke induction coil, designed on clients actual work status and optimize turns, turns-gap, heights, diameter etc by computer simulation software, maximum the electromagnetic conversion rate.
1.The coil is integrated winded with strong structure.
2.Turn ratio has been optimized to obtain maximum efficiency.
3.TU1 grade of non-oxygen copper,99.97% purity with induction rate 103.8, minimized the electric loss.
4.Extrude copper tube with 5-10mm wall thickness.
5.Enough section area for penetrating depth of the current, low loss higher efficiency.
Rongke Non-cooling Ring Design
A patented design is applied on Rongke induction coil upper part, the design not only remove the water cool ring but also seal the electeomagnetic within the furnace, no induction electric to the furnace shell. Comparing to normal coil design, at least 2-3% energy can be saved.
In normal design which has cooling ring will lead to some unexpected results. Because the effective induction coil level is lower than the rated capacity molten liquid level, an addtitional water cooling ring is needed for upper and down part of the refractory(not charged). The ring not only take away the heat but also lower the coil's electromagnetic efficiency, And sometimes electric arc happens between the ring and coil.
