Product Application:
The produced aluminum billet can be precisely extruded into various industrial aluminum profiles and special high-end aluminum bars through horizontal aluminum profile extruders, meeting the strict performance requirements for aluminum materials in multiple fields such as construction, transportation, and aviation.
Core Function of Casting Machine:
Under specific casting process parameters, relying on the deep well casting system, molten aluminum is cooled and cast into round cast bars of different specifications. This vertical semi-continuous casting machine integrates a casting platform, lifting actuator, transmission system, ingot base assembly, closed-loop water cooling system, and intelligent control system to achieve automated and precise control of the billet casting process.
Technical Types of Casting Machine:
1.Wire Rope Driven Type:
A lifting mechanism is used as the transmission unit, and the base lifting action is completed by winding the wire rope around a drum (winch). The casting speed can be steplessly adjusted by machinery or motor, adapting to production needs in multiple scenarios.
Advantages: Simple structure, controllable cost, suitable for large-scale production of round ingots, flat ingots, and other multi-specification cast billet, with high industry application coverage.
2.Hydraulic Driven Type:
Taking a hydraulic cylinder as the transmission core, the cast ingot is pulled from the crystallizer through a piston rod, and the casting speed can be precisely controlled by adjusting the pressure in the cylinder below the piston.
Advantages: The casting speed is steplessly adjustable and stable. The produced aluminum billet have high surface finish, and the internal crystal structure is uniform and dense, meeting the strict standards for material uniformity of high-end aluminum materials.
