Intermediate Frequency Coreless Induction Furnace Body
1. Quintuple Leakage Protection
This system combines injection-type leakage protection, differential leakage protection, secondary electrode leakage protection, optical-fiber detection leakage protection, and cooling system linkage protection.
2. Patented Coil Technology
Designed based on actual customer usage conditions, computer simulation software calculates the optimal number of turns, turn spacing, coil height, and other parameters to achieve the highest electromagnetic conversion efficiency.
3. Fully Enclosed Furnace Design
Effectively prevents arc striking between loops caused by dust pollution and offers secondary shielding to the coil's magnetic field. The magnetic radiation generated is equivalent to 10% of competitive products, significantly below the national standard.
