Coil Process
• The coil copper tube adopts D-type TU1 oxygen free copper tube integrated winding, with a sturdy overall structure and no deformation issues;
• The coil adopts a non adhesive wooden column design, which can achieve maximum electrical efficiency;
• The water test uses a pressure of 10MPa to test the copper tube for 48 hours to ensure that there is no leakage in the coil;
• 5 layers of self melting insulation tape are used for winding insulation treatment, and the insulation tape is imported from Japan;
• After 8 insulation processes, the coil is tested with a voltage withstand test of 10000 volts;
• The induction coil is designed according to the actual usage conditions of the customer, and the optimal parameters such as the number of turns, turn spacing, coil height, diameter, etc. are calculated through computer simulation software to achieve the highest electromagnetic conversion efficiency.

We will send the engineers(2-3) to client's workshop to instruct installation and train after selling products.Besides,quality assurance wil be supplied according to the different products.Every products will be debugging before shipping, so don't worry about that cause we have go thought comprehensive communication and design before project completion.
